By accessing or using jsonification's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. Service Description

jsonification provides an AI-powered platform for generating user interfaces from natural language descriptions. The service allows you to define component catalogs, generate structured UI components, and integrate them into your applications with guardrails and validation.

User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach

You may not share your account credentials, create multiple accounts, or allow others to use your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Cryptocurrency and Token Fundraising

jsonification may offer cryptocurrency tokens through the Bags app on the Solana blockchain for fundraising purposes. By participating in token purchases or wallet connections:

You acknowledge that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
You understand that token values may fluctuate and you may lose your entire investment
You are solely responsible for the security of your private keys and wallet
You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding cryptocurrency in your jurisdiction
You acknowledge that tokens may have no intrinsic value and are subject to market risks
You understand this is not financial advice and we make no guarantees about token performance

Acceptable Use

Intellectual Property

Our Content: The jsonification service, including all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, code, and software, is owned by jsonification and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The underlying json-render technology is licensed under Apache 2.0.

Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create using our service, including components, catalogs, and generated UI. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content solely to provide the service to you.

Generated Content: Content generated by our AI may be used by you for any purpose, including commercial use, subject to your subscription plan limits.

Subscription Plans and Billing

jsonification offers various subscription plans with different features and usage limits:

FREE: Limited generations per month for testing and personal projects
PRO: Increased limits for professional developers
TEAM: Higher limits with team collaboration features
ENTERPRISE: Unlimited usage with dedicated support

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination. Refunds are provided at our discretion and subject to our refund policy.

API Usage

If you use our API, you agree to respect rate limits, usage quotas, and best practices. Excessive API usage that impacts service performance may result in throttling or suspension. API keys must be kept secure and not shared publicly.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and testing generated code before deployment.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, jsonification SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless jsonification and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
