Community Manager
About the Role
We're looking for a passionate Community Manager to be the voice of jsonification across social media, forums, and developer communities. You'll engage with developers, create compelling content, and build relationships that grow our community.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- •Post daily on Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and other social channels showcasing product updates, user stories, and developer tips
- •Engage with developer communities on Reddit, Discord, Dev.to, and Hacker News
- •Create content including blog posts, tutorials, video scripts, and social media graphics
- •Monitor community feedback and relay insights to the product team
- •Organize virtual events, AMAs, and community calls
- •Track community metrics and optimize engagement strategies
What We're Looking For
- •2+ years of experience in community management, social media marketing, or developer relations
- •Strong writing skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- •Active presence on developer social platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- •Understanding of developer tools, AI/ML, or web development (technical background a plus)
- •Experience with social media analytics and content planning tools
- •Self-starter who thrives in remote, async environments
- •Must be located in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship
Nice to Have
- •Experience with video content creation and editing
- •Graphic design skills (Figma, Canva, etc.)
- •Previous experience in a startup or early-stage company
Generative AI Engineer
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Generative AI Engineer to build the core AI systems that power jsonification. You'll work on prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, agentic workflows, and integrating cutting-edge LLMs into our platform.
What You'll Build
- •Design and implement prompt engineering pipelines for UI generation with guardrails
- •Build agentic AI systems that can reason about component catalogs and user intent
- •Integrate and optimize LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, custom models)
- •Develop streaming response systems for real-time UI generation
- •Implement validation layers to ensure generated code meets safety constraints
- •Create feedback loops to improve model performance based on user interactions
- •Optimize for latency, cost, and quality across different LLM providers
Required Experience
- •4+ years of software development experience
- •2+ years working with Agentic AI systems and LLM applications
- •Strong full-stack development skills (TypeScript/Node.js, React, Python)
- •Experience with prompt engineering, RAG systems, or model fine-tuning
- •Deep understanding of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, etc.)
- •Knowledge of agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGPT, etc.)
- •Experience building production AI systems at scale
- •Must be located in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship
Bonus Points For
- •Experience with code generation or developer tooling
- •Contributions to open-source AI projects
- •Research background in ML/NLP or published papers
- •Experience with vector databases and embeddings
- •Knowledge of model deployment and optimization (quantization, caching, etc.)
